A small town in south 24 Parganas, Raichak is the most lucrative river bank destination for the tourists. Located at a distance of 50 kms south, the location is very close to Diamond Harbour a most famous point for sea fishing in Bengal.

Raichak situated on the bank of river Hooghly & the location is famous for it’s serenity and scenery.

Historically, the site is famous for fort built by the Dutch, which is has now been converted into  a lively hotel. The site currently acts as a major link between Haldia and Kolkata.
